Email, Call, and SMS Terms

These terms apply when you provide a phone number or email to GenerationNext Equity Management Company, LLC d/b/a GenNext.Mortgage® (NMLS 2326098) and consent to communications. They are written for the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), FCC implementing rules, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.059) where it is stricter, CAN-SPAM, and similar state telemarketing laws in the states where we originate.

Two kinds of consent

Inquiry contact (required to send a website form, not to get a loan). If you check the required box, you ask us to contact you about that inquiry by live or autodialed call, email, or SMS/MMS at the number and email you typed. Checking the box is your electronic signature. You can skip the form and call (978) 705-1003 or start an application instead.

Marketing (optional, unchecked by default). If you also check the marketing box, you consent to marketing calls and texts, including by autodialer, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS/MMS, at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not required to obtain a loan, a quote, or any other product or service. We will not refuse to originate because you declined marketing.

What you may receive

• Informational replies about an inquiry you submitted (transactional)
• If you opt in: periodic messages about home-loan options. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not send marketing email unless you opt in or CAN-SPAM’s existing business-relationship rules apply. Inquiry replies are transactional.

STOP and HELP

Reply STOP to cancel texts. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out online, email Compliance@GenNext.Mortgage, or call (978) 705-1003. Opt-out of marketing does not cancel messages needed to service a request you already made, a loan, or that the law requires.

Do-not-call lists

If you give prior express written consent, we may place marketing calls or texts to the number you provided even if it is on a federal or state do-not-call list, until you revoke consent. Internal do-not-call requests are honored promptly and kept as required.

Florida

We build these terms to Florida’s Telephone Solicitation Act where it is stricter than federal law, including prior express written consent for telephonic sales calls, an electronic signature, the number to be called, and a statement that consent is not a condition of purchase.

Records

We store the consent version, the text you were shown, a timestamp, and whether each box was checked, with the inquiry.
