GenNext.Mortgage® (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a DBA of GenerationNext Equity Management Company, LLC, NMLS #2326098. This Privacy Policy describes how gennext.mortgage collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information in connection with website inquiries. It is a website notice. A mortgage application taken in our secure portal is subject to that portal’s notices and to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) privacy notice we provide at application.

Information we collect on this website

Contact, partner, recruiting, and opt-out forms may collect name, email, phone, property state, occupancy, purpose, timeline, a message, brokerage or NMLS ID (recruiting/partners), a preferred advisor, and the consent choices you make. We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, income, or bank-account numbers on this website. Applications are taken in a secure third-party portal.

Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and cookie choices. Optional analytics run only if you accept cookies.

How we use information

• Respond to an inquiry you submitted and assign a licensed originator
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Comply with law, licensing, and record-retention rules
• Place calls, emails, or texts you requested about that inquiry
• Send marketing calls or texts only if you separately opt in

Sharing

We share information with service providers under contract (hosting, CRM, email, the application system) who may use it only to perform services for us; with a licensed originator named on your inquiry; and as required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share website inquiry data with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

Website analytics and advertising pixels, if enabled after you accept cookies, may be “sharing” under California law. You may opt out. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) as an opt-out of sale/sharing where the signal is present.

Cookies

Necessary cookies run the site. Optional analytics stay off unless you accept. Rejecting optional cookies does not block an inquiry or an application.

Telephone, SMS, and email

Inquiry follow-up uses the number and email you typed on the form. Marketing calls and texts require a separate, optional checkbox. Consent is not a condition of any loan. See Communication Terms and Opt-Out.

GLBA (when you apply)

If you submit a mortgage application, we collect nonpublic personal information (NPI) needed to originate the loan — for example income, credit, and Social Security number — in the secure portal, not on this website. That NPI is used to process, underwrite, fund, and service (or transfer) the loan, to report as required (including HMDA where applicable), and to share with investors, insurers, title, appraisers, and other settlement-service providers as needed to close. We do not sell NPI.

Retention

Inquiry and consent records are retained as business records: at least 25 months where Regulation B applies, at least 24 months for mortgage advertisements under the MAP Rule, and longer if TCPA, Florida telemarketing, licensing, or litigation requires. Application files follow investor, agency, and state retention schedules.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information, consistent with the GLBA Safeguards Rule as it applies to our business. No website is perfectly secure.

California, Texas, and other state rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. Email Compliance@GenNext.Mortgage or use Opt-Out. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authority.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
